Bedford otherwise known as The Hoosier Hills Hamfest 2009

This is my all time favorite hamfest.  Small, but I really like it.  Smaller the last few years, as most hamfests have been, but the numbers were up a little from last year.  The reason is poor promotion.  This is true of most hamfests, Dayton being the very worst example.  Not only is The Dayton Hamvention poorly promoted but what promotion that is done is wasted to amateurs that already know about the show.  Hamfests need to be promoted to ALL electronic hobby people not just licensed ham operators.
