Dayton Hamvention pictures for 2009

The weather was much like last year, only with more rain.  There were more ham brousing the flea market.  What was a suprise was the number that braved the rain saturday.  At one point it rained hard and I expected to see some floating coolers.  As soon as the rain stopped the flea market shoppers were in full swing again.  Inside was packed all three days.  N9IZP Dave won a nice hourly prize, one of those tiny dual band HTs.  I plan to return next year as usual in space 1710.  N9GT who became a silent key just a few weeks before the show was missed this year, he had been going to Dayton for a long time.
