Here are some pictures of the NMLRA Black Powder National Championship Shoot in Friendship, Indiana, June 2007.  I did a little better this year and moved up from a complete idiot that couldn't hit a barn wall from inside the barn to a bad shot.  This was a vast improvement.  The other shooters better watch out now since I will be retired in 2008, I plan to move up from a bad shot to a mediocre shot.  The camping spot was poor and waaaay out in the "back lot" BUT the power stayed on, the air conditioning worked and I had no reservations so I can't complain.  The weather was decent.  The shooting equipment made it through the week ok.  The recumbent bike and trailer were a real asset getting to and from the shooting line.  In 2008 I may be able to try the September event.  I will be there June 2008 !!!
